About This Game After a disastrous geological experiment, the Earth was ruptured into dozens of asteroids, some of which hold remnants of what humanity had left behind. Good soundtrack, nice gameplay mechanics, challenging.. For someone who is average at video games, this game took about 3 hours to complete.At $0.99, I would say this game is a steal for it's entertainment value. The levels are all really well done, and the final level combines all the elements of the game which was cool.Final Boss was challenging as hell.8.5/10. pretty good game. A delightful soundtrack, ludicrously low price tag and addictive and rewarding (if occasionally slightly maddening) gameplay make this an absolute steal for any fans of the more challenging end of the platforming spectrum.. Dispersio has a lot more to offer than you would probably expect from a game with such a low price. The platforming is solid and each level presents a new challenge by swapping around which ability/abilities you have access to. The difficulty is high yet fair with good checkpointing and plenty of optional collectibles. I died over 500 times during my playthrough and the checkpointing combined with instant respawns made these deaths painless. The retro graphics aren't anything special, but they work well enough and the soundtrack is fantastic.I wish you could see the collectible completion percentage for individual levels rather than just for the game as a whole and Hard Mode isn't particularly interesting because the only difference seems to be a lack of checkpoints. Quitting the game mid-level also resets your progress through that level instead of sending you back to the most recent checkpoint, which is a bit annoying, but levels are small enough that this isn't a major issue. Ultimately, these issues are all minor ones and the game as a whole is highly enjoyable.Dispersio took me around 2.5 hours to complete and I enjoyed just about every minute of it. If you're a fan of precision platformers like VVVVVV and Super Meat Boy, then I can't think of any game more deserving of a dollar than this one.. OMG This game is so freaking hard!Please add savestates!Plus: wonderful soundtrack!
